Our Project Phases
Route Survey: Mapping the seabed with sonar and ROVs to spot hazards.
Engineering & Procurement: Selecting steel grades, anti-corrosion coatings, and wall thickness.
Pipe laying: Using specialized lay barges or vessels via S-lay, J-lay, or reel-lay methods.
Joint Welding & Testing: Joining pipe segments on-vessel followed by non-destructive testing and hydro-testing.
Commissioning: Cleaning, gauging, and pressure testing before active product flow.
