As a Shipping Agent, it is our role to safeguard our client’s interest when his Vessel is visiting. We start with offering you a fast and accurate reply on your Performa request. We will inform you on ship conditions, berth restrictions, local ship regulations, important local weather influences, load and discharge methods, estimated duration of the ship call and competitive estimation of ship and cargo expenses.
As your Ship Agent we will provide: ·
>Permanent assistance to the master during operations and facilitate all dealings with parties concerned.
>Continuous reporting to the operators on cargo/vessel operation progress and updated ETC/ETD.
>Reporting updates of ETA/ETB, ETC and daily cargo operations and issuing of SOF.
>Receipt of Owners fund and payment to Port Agent.
>Checking cargo documents and SOF issued by the Port Agent for corrections.
>Issuing of Letter of Protest should need be.
>Assisting in Crew changes from pre-arrival to On Board or Airport for departure.
>Assist Vessel in obtaining Port’s Work or Maintenance Work Permit from Authority.
>Arrange best prices for supply of Marine Fuel, Lube Oil and Fresh Water.
